Shine Magic LLC sells household cleaning and related products, including products designed to help address hard water spots, film, residue, and similar concerns.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all website content is error-free, complete, or current at all times.

Product results may vary based on factors including water hardness, dishwasher type, dishwasher condition, detergent used, water temperature, loading practices, frequency of use, and other household conditions.

You agree to use all products only as directed and in accordance with all product labels, instructions, warnings, and safety information.

Do not mix Shine Magic products with bleach, ammonia, or other household chemicals unless the product label specifically instructs you to do so.

If you experience accidental exposure, irritation, ingestion, or another safety concern, follow the instructions on the product label and seek medical or professional assistance as appropriate.

4. Product Claims and Representations

4.1 Approved Claims

Any product claims made on our website or in our marketing materials have been reviewed and approved by Shine Magic LLC. We stand behind the claims presented about our products on the website.

4.2 Claims We Do Not Make

Shine Magic LLC does not represent, warrant, or claim that any of its products are “all natural.” No statement made by any third party, affiliate, reseller, or representative claiming a Shine Magic product is “all natural” is authorized by or binding upon Shine Magic LLC.

4.3 No Medical or Safety Claims

Nothing on this website constitutes medical, health, or safety advice. Always follow product label instructions and keep products out of reach of children and pets.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or violation of these Terms.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order after receiving it. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or other mistakes at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If a correction affects your order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Payment must be received before an order is processed. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Sales tax will be applied as required by applicable law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Shipping Regions

Shine Magic LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7.2 Processing and Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery timelines may be displayed during checkout. Processing times may vary based on order volume, product availability, holidays, carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship your order within a reasonable period after purchase.

7.3 Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing depends on the carrier. Shine Magic is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by customers, failed delivery attempts, or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. However, we want customers to have a good experience — please contact us at info@shinemagic.com if there is a problem with your shipment.

7.4 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us at info@shinemagic.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable.

At our discretion, we may issue a refund, replacement, or other appropriate resolution. Claims under this section for damaged or defective items are separate from the satisfaction guarantee described in Section 9 and are not subject to the one-time limitation described in Section 9.2.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns, and Refunds

9.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with a Shine Magic product purchased from our website, contact us at info@shinemagic.com. Subject to these Terms, Shine Magic may provide a full refund or replacement for a product that a customer is not satisfied with.

9.2 One-Time Guarantee per Customer

To help prevent abuse of this policy, the satisfaction guarantee is available one (1) time per customer. For purposes of this policy, “customer” is defined by any combination of the following identifiers: name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number, or payment method, as determined by Shine Magic in its reasonable discretion. Attempts to redeem the satisfaction guarantee more than once — regardless of how the request is submitted — will not be honored.

9.3 How to Request

To request a refund or replacement, please contact info@shinemagic.com with:

• Your order number

• The product name

• A brief description of the issue or reason for dissatisfaction

• Photos or other documentation if applicable

9.4 Exclusions

This satisfaction guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from https://www.shinemagic.com. It does not apply to products purchased through Amazon, retail stores, or any other third-party channel — purchases made through those channels are subject to the return and refund policies of the applicable platform or retailer. This guarantee also does not apply to misuse, intentional damage, unauthorized resale, bulk purchases, fraudulent claims, or uses inconsistent with product instructions.

9.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue resulted from our error or is required by law. Shine Magic reserves the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, or other resolution is appropriate.

10. Subscriptions

10.1 Recurring Billing

Shine Magic may offer subscription purchase options for certain products. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Shine Magic and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription terms shown at checkout.

10.2 Managing Your Subscription

You are responsible for managing your subscription before the next renewal date. You may cancel, pause, skip, or modify your subscription through the available account tools or by contacting us at info@shinemagic.com. Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge to take effect for that billing cycle. If a renewal order has already been processed, it may be subject to our refund or replacement policies.

10.3 Pricing and Changes

Introductory discounts, promotional pricing, or first-order offers may apply only to the initial subscription order unless otherwise stated. Future subscription orders may be charged at the then-current subscription price. We will provide notice before any material price changes take effect.

11. Customer Accounts

You may be able to create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current account information. Shine Magic is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access unless caused by our own negligence or misconduct.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used for fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm Shine Magic, our customers, or our website.

12. Customer Reviews, Photos, and User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, photos, videos, feedback, suggestions, or other content to Shine Magic or through our website, you represent that you own or have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

By submitting content, you grant Shine Magic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, edit, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from that content for marketing, advertising, product improvement, website, social media, and other business purposes.

We may moderate, edit, remove, or decline to publish user content at our discretion. You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

SHINE MAGIC LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHINE MAGIC LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHINE MAGIC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, WEBSITE, OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SHINE MAGIC FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS IS INTENDED TO LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shine Magic LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website, misuse of products, violation of law, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, or your purchase or use of Shine Magic products will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

21. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact Shine Magic at info@shinemagic.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will also make reasonable efforts to resolve customer concerns in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of products from Shine Magic LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator in Travis County, Texas. YOU AND SHINE MAGIC LLC AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm. Small claims court actions remain available to either party where applicable.

Note: This arbitration and class action waiver provision should be reviewed by a Texas-licensed attorney before publication.
