Where We Ship

Shine Magic currently ships within the United States, excluding certain remote locations, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and any destinations where we are unable to deliver at checkout. Available shipping destinations are confirmed at the time of checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to other factors outside our control. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shine Magic is not responsible for carrier delays, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
