These Subscription Terms apply to all subscription purchases made on https://www.shinemagic.com and are incorporated into our [Terms and Conditions]. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

What Is a Subscription

Shine Magic offers subscribe-and-save options on select products. A subscription automatically delivers your chosen product at your selected frequency and charges your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscription Benefits

Active subscribers receive:

15% savings off the one-time purchase price on every order
Free shipping on every recurring subscription order
No minimum commitment — cancel anytime

Benefits, discount amounts, and free shipping eligibility are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated before they affect existing subscriptions.

Delivery Frequency

At checkout, you select how often you would like your product delivered. Available frequencies vary by product and size variant. Current options may include delivery every 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, or 90 days, depending on the product. Available frequencies are displayed on the product page and at checkout.

Shine Magic may adjust available frequency options over time as products and variants are added or updated. Your selected frequency will remain in place until you change it.

Billing and Recurring Charges

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Shine Magic and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method automatically on each renewal date according to your selected frequency.

The subscription price is the discounted price displayed at checkout. You will be charged this price on each renewal unless the subscription price changes (see Pricing Changes below).

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid. If a charge fails, we may retry the charge and/or pause or cancel your subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

You may cancel, pause, skip, or modify your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at info@shinemagic.com.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, changes or cancellations must be made before your next scheduled renewal date. If a renewal order has already been processed, it is subject to our [Refund & Return Policy].

Cancellation

There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled renewal. You will continue to receive any orders already processed prior to cancellation.

Pricing Changes

Shine Magic reserves the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect on your subscription. Your continued subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Subscription Orders and Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to the same satisfaction guarantee, damaged item, and refund policies described in our [Refund & Return Policy] and [Terms and Conditions].
